There were four... The story of Pestilence | silver01ta's Blog
|
The four tortured souls who worked together were not always so twisted... At one point in time they were simply normal men. This is the story of the one who bore pestilence... A beautiful man he was in his youth But he was as intelligent as he was beautiful. The downfall of this man was his vanity. He always took what he wanted from people. Sometimes it was their innocence Sometimes it was their money Sometimes it was their dignity. But the universe decided it enough was enough. Intelligence and beauty was a gift bestowed to the man, But he was not given much common sense. That is a quality one must develop on their own. And he squandered his gifts like playtoys. The lack of common sense caused this particular individual to become quite reckless. His recklessness would his undoing. He was injured in a gruesome accident. This once proud man had been brought down to his knees. But remorse did not follow. Only anger. Now the man who was once beautiful no longer displayed that quality The Master saw this. Even though this man had lost his physical appearance, His mental capacity still had great potential. The Master approached this man and requested his loyalty. In return the Master promised to restore this man to greatness. Unfortunately the Master's idea of greatness was not the same as this man. The Master turned this man, this arrogant, beautiful, intelligent man into one of the four he needed. The man now became Pestilence. One would describe this being as a grotesque and sickly figure. Covered in scars and infections all over. Always dressed in dark colors and always covered head to toe. But the universe is not completely harsh in its punishment. Behind the clothes, the face of a one handsome man still existed. Although instead of promise, now his eyes were filled with anger. And his heart was black. He was the perfect soldier for the Master. And he served the Master well... Creating all kinds of new and wonderous inventions for the Master. Only to bring disease and sickness apon the world. That is the story of the man who became Pestilence. But what the Master did not realize... Was that eventually... the man would renounce his position... And cast off his robes... and atone for his crimes against humanity. But what the Man did not realize... was that there was always someone to replace him...
